With the customer’s consent, Simply Practice, LLC. collects only the information for commercial activity for each customer’s individual needs.  This applies to all Simply Practice’s services, including online and in person Yoga training, Meditation, and personal Coaching. Simply Practice, LLC. uses the information for its business purpose only. Simply Practice will share no personal information unless agreed in writing by the customer.

How customers can update information.

Simply Practice will do our utmost to keep information accurate, complete, and up to date. Your information can be updated with your request by phone, text, email, or post.

Data protection measures.

Customer information will be stored only on Suzanne Ballantyne’s locked personal laptop.

Opt-out procedures

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. Contact forms

If you fill out my contact form on our site your may your name and email address will be used for correspondence. You will be able to unsubscribe at any time.
